We ship anywhere in Canada & the USA. Shipping costs are automatically calculated for you based on the weight of the order at the time of checkout.

International Orders
For International Orders, we encourage you to contact customer service to receive a shipping quote for shipping outside Canada and the USA.

Shipping Options and Times
Order delivery times are affected by which level of service you choose. Shipping costs are based on weight, and speed of delivery. You will be given a variety of shipping options during check out. If you are in a rush for your order, please let us know prior to ordering as we will determine if we can get you the order on time.

Canada
This is the approximate shipping times based on Canada Post. Orders take 7 - 10 days to design & produce, and then the shipping time below. For rush orders please contact us prior to ordering.
Tracking is available on all orders shipped within Canada except orders that receive our flat rate shipping ($3.00), such as Address Labels & Envelope Seals.

We strongly recommend Expresspost USA. You will receive tracking information with this level of service. If you are not in a rush for your order, you can select any of the other shipping methods. We cannot refund orders if they are not received in time if a shipping service other than Expresspost USA is selected.

Delivery Area
We ship worldwide. Penny People Designs is however not responsible for duties, or taxes that may be applied when shipping outside of Canada. We will not accept returns based on fees out of our control.

Shipping Items Separately
We reserve the right to ship items separately. If this happens, you will be notified. This rarely happens, but in some cases, with large orders, we ship items separately to make sure that certain items do not get damaged in transit. Shipments will be made at the same time, and you will not incur extra charges.

Shipping times are estimates provided to us by the postal carrier. We trust that our clients will select the appropriate shipping method/speed for an order. Penny People Designs is not responsible for orders delayed by postal carriers. We will look into delayed parcels, however cannot refund based on shipping times, once an order has been shipped. We assume that our clients have understood shipping times & our policies prior to ordering.
