Images may not be used, under any circumstance, without written consent from Penny People Designs.

(B) Purchase Agreement: By purchasing a product from Penny People Designs, you are not granted ownership of the work. Ownership and Copyright remains with Penny People Designs. Penny People Designs retains sole ownership of work. Work created for clients may be used as promotional material on PennyPeople.com, affiliated sites such as our Blog, or E-Mail Updates.

(C) PURCHASE AGREEMENT: By purchasing online at PennyPeople.com you are hereby agreeing to having fully understood our Privacy Policy, Refund policy and all factors relating to (a) order turn around times (b) shipping times (c) product details and other factors relating to refunds. We have provided a Customer Service section for our clients that clearly answers questions directly relating to our policies. By purchasing online at PennyPeople.com you acknoledge understanding of all maters relating to orders placed online at PennyPeople.com. Such information will be collected only if you provide it to us voluntarily in order to order products, enter a contest or promotion, or sign up to receive our eUpdate newsletter. Your information is required in order to place an order online at PennyPeople.com.
